Digital Enterprise Program

The Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, Senator Stephen Conroy, yesterday called for applications from service providers to deliver the fourth round of the Digital Enterprise program.
Applications are welcomed from the three communities of Gosford (NSW), Gold Coast (QLD), and Wollongong (NSW). Organisations that are eligible for funding under this program are listed at Section 7 of the program guidelines below.

City of Gold Coast has partnered with the Future Cities Institute to bring the inaugural Intelligent Cities Summit 2013 to the Gold Coast on 6 & 7 May.

The Gold Coast is advancing closer to establishing the city as a fly-in, fly out (FIFO) centre for the mining industry and we need to know how many workers there are in this sector who live on the Gold Coast. Also, how many are interested in obtaining work in this sector.

Gold Coast RDAF Projects Move To Next Stage Of Assessment

Regional Development Australia Gold Coast has welcomed the announcement of the projects proceeding to full application stage for Round Four of the Regional Development Australia Fund (RDAF).
Round Four will allocate $175 million through grants of between $500,000 and $15 million for priority regional infrastructure projects that also leverage funding from state and local governments and the private sector.

Regional Development Australia Gold Coast (RDAGC) is very proud to be associated with the recent visit by Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web, to Australia after an absence of some 15 years.
The whirlwind tour took in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney and his only Queensland visit was the Gold Coast where he delivered a free public lecture at Griffith University on 2nd February as part of the TBL Down Under Tour.
