- Avoid social media for the first hour upon waking (helps regulate your dopamine levels and improve focus for the day)
- Try to sleep without your phone in your room (notifications/light can disrupt your sleep cycle)
- Aim to eat at least 30 different plants a week (beneficial for gut bacteria)
- Focus on breathing through your nose and use a longer exhale to help regulate your nervous system (helps with stress/overwhelm)
- Try to move your body every day for 20 minutes and engage in an activity you enjoy (walking, tennis, pickle ball, swimming)
