Carl Bruhn

Carl is a civil engineer by trade and a Fellow of the Urban Development Industry of Australia (FDIA). He is an experienced executive manager and property expert with more than three decades in the construction and property industries across numerous aspects from land development and mixed-use precincts to project management, design and feasibility studies.

Carl is an industry professional with a history of delivering large programs of infrastructure works for Queensland Airports Limited, and leading residential and commercial aspects of developments in executive roles for Villa World and Lendlease.

Carl’s technical engineering, construction and development expertise leads the sustained growth and strategic direction of Urbex’s property portfolio leading the development and planning of master-planned communities for national construction company, BMD’s property arm, Urbex.
