Craig Rowsell, Gold Coast Health & Knowledge Precinct - The Gold Coast's most transformative project
Episode description (24 mins)
Did you know that the Gold Coast is home to a company developing the world's first rotary artificial human heart? How about an AI leader collecting crisis-care data from hospitals across the country, to build a real-time diagnostic platform for clinicians? Or thousands of other innovators, entrepreneurs and researchers in medtech, clinical trials, life sciences, cybersecurity, AI, blockchain and more... and that they are all located in the same 200ha Gold Coast site? Our guest this week is Craig Rowsell, Acting Director of the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct, and he has a fascinating story to tell about what is truly the Gold Coast's most transformative project.
